Therapy for Adults

Therapy can feel scary. And let’s be honest, it’s a little awkward sharing your life stories with someone you’ve never met before. But healing starts with the therapeutic relationship itself. Therapy can be difficult, uncomfortable, and may stir up emotions. But, that’s where the magic happens. Therapy can also be empowering, healing, and dare I say… a little exciting? Choosing a path towards self-growth can be an exciting step!

Most importantly, going to therapy does not mean you are weak or can’t handle things on your own. Life is hard… and support from another person can go a long way.

“What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly.”

- Carl Rogers
