About Grace

Hello! I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Grace, a Resident in Counseling working towards independent licensure. I’m part of the Falls Church Wellness Center team, a group of dedicated mental health clinicians.

If you’ve been searching for a way to get your power back, you might be in the right place. Do you ever find yourself feeling on edge more often than not, trying to please everyone, wondering where your confidence went, or stuck in unhealthy patterns? Maybe you’re holding it together on the outside, but it’s just getting harder.

Therapy with me is a place to get curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface. By working at a pace that feels safe to you, we can collaborate to reach your goals and make sense of all the chaos.

I believe we all have the strength inside of us to become the version of ourselves we want to be. Sometimes, there are things we’ve carried that make it difficult to access that strength, and therapy can help you process and build the skills you need.

I believe in the power of therapy to help you get your power back.

Who I work with:

I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, difficult life transitions, trauma, relationship struggles, emotional abuse, and emotional overwhelm. I also support neurodivergent clients with a strengths-based approach.

My Style:

My therapeutic style is warm, fluid, and collaborative. I often integrate body-based tools for nervous system regulation, depending on each client’s needs.

I see each person as a whole system with thoughts, emotions, lifestyle habits, relationships, and culture all interacting to shape their experiences.

My work is grounded in a humanistic perspective, while also drawing from other approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), polyvagal theory, and more. Curious what this looks like in practice? Click here!
